Our client is a global organization, one of the leader within its industry. Due to their expansion plan, they are looking to recruit for a business development manager (Korean Native) to be part of their growth team.

Job Description

Identify and assess potential business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and staying updated on market dynamics.Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate new market segments and achieve sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that address client needs and align with company offerings.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating our value proposition and capabilities.Negotiate and close deals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company while fostering long-term partnerships.Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to proactively identify areas for innovation and differentiation.Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on business development progress, market insights, and sales performance.Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and expand its network.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative approaches to business growth.Willingness to travel as required to attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
